As a member of the AEAONMS, INC. a benevolent organization we are dedicated to CHARITY, CIVIL, ECONOMIC AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.  WE PLEDGE OURSELVES, as citizens, to conduct ourselves with due propriety, conforming to our established laws, in cooperation with our nation and its authorized officals. WE PLEDGE OURSELVES, to maintain exacting high standards in our respective community life, that "DEMOCRACY" may become a living reality. WE PLEDGE OURSELVES, to the promotion, along with other thoughtful citizens, of modern and practical legislation enacted by any government agency, that will redound to the benefit of our "AMERICAN" way of life. WE PLEDGE OURSELVES, to support duly constituted authority for the elimination of anti-social conditions, wherever found to exist, that we and all other people may enjoy a rich, round and full life. WE PLEDGE OURSELVES, to morally support and encourage every social agency, that has for its purpose the maintenance of the highest ideals of the people of the nation. WE PLEDGE OURSELVES, to cooperate full in disseminating "TRUTH", among the people of the earth, to the end that "DEMOCRACY" shall prevail forever, and the peace of every nation be preserved.

Prince Hall Shriners 

Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine

The Prince Hall Shriners Foundation, Inc (PHSF) is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization whose vision statement is "The Power of Giving" and whose mission statement is "A Helpful Hand To Our Communities." The PHSF is the philanthropic arm of the Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles of the Mystic Shrine (A.E.A.O.N.M.S) or "Prince Hall Shriners, and, as such, raises funds to financially support the Prince Hall Shriners national programs, as follows.


National Diabetes Initiative (NDI) - NDI is a collaborative effort between the AEAONMS and the American Diabetes Association (ADA). The initiative addresses the shared concerns about the devastating impact of diabetes in the African-American population. The PHSF makes an annual donation to the ADA to support the ADA's education and awareness programs and moreover, to fund research in finding a cure.


Shriners As Mentors (SAM) - SAM provides "at-risk" and "high-risk" African American male youths a forum to improve educational and life-style deficiencies. PHSF will award grants to Prince Hall Shriners, at the local, county and state level, in order to provide mentoring and tutoring in critical academic disciplines. Local volunteer tutors, counselors and college students will be encouraged to assist with this initiative.


Student Aid (SA) - SA assist low-income students who have achieved academic success in high school. PHSF will award Opportunity Grants and Scholarship for eligible students to further their education achievements in trade schools and in colleges/universities.​

Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles of the Mystic Shrine of North and South America and its Jurisdicitons, Inc., P.H.A. The mission of the Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles of the Mystic Shrine, a society of Prince Hall Freemansons, is to provide the members with leadership and direction in the areas of voter educaiton, youth development, economic education, health and medical research, and other charitable programs.

 It is my honor, as the 23rd Illustrious Potentate of Saba Temple No. 186 of the Oasis of Pompano Beach, Florida and on behalf of the Nobles to welcome you to our website. I hope you find the website to be informative and enlightening to the mission and goals of our Fraternity. Since 1974, members of Saba Temple No. 186 have focused our talents on improving the quality of life within Pompano Beach and several other municipalities throughout Broward County. While Nobles’ names and faces have changed over the years, the end result has always been and will continue to be the same; focusing on our principles, Brotherhood, Mentoring, Scholarship, and Service.
